  • 50 MINUTE STRENGTH-FOCUSED GROUP CLASSES.

    CLASSES FOCUS PRIMARILY ON STRENGTH TRAINING WITH SOME CONDITIONING AND SKILL WORK MIXED IN THROUGHOUT THE WEEK. EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, THERE IS A DIFFERENT PRIMARY FOCUS.

    THE PROGRAMMING IS DESIGNED THIS WAY SO YOU CAN GO HARD EACH WORKOUT AND GIVE YOUR BODY THE TIME IT NEEDS TO RECOVER AND REBUILD BEFORE DOING IT ALL OVER AGAIN!

    SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING COMBINES ALL THE BEST ASPECTS OF PRIVATE TRAINING AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. SESSIONS ARE LIMITED TO GROUPS OF NO MORE THAN 4 SO YOU WILL STILL GET SIMILAR HANDS ON ATTENTION AND COACHING AS ONE ON ONE TRAINING.

    DEPENDING ON THE DAYS AND TIMES YOU CHOOSE TO WORK OUT, YOUR GROUP MAY VARY DAY BY DAY, BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE ONE OR MORE TRAINING PARTNERS.

  • Get The Strength Club experience from anywhere! We currently offer two options- our general strength training programming or customized programming.

    The Strength Training program is a general program that follows progressive overload and includes upper and lower body strength training days, and HIIT/ conditioning workouts. This is for athletes of all levels. 3 month or 6 month programming options available.

  • Our goal is to provide a program and the tools you need to help you hit all of your wellness goals. Working out goes hand in hand with nutrition. You need to fuel your body properly to help you get to your goals.

    Our nutrition coaching is a flexible dieting programing with customized macros or meal plans and weekly check-ins to help you find a sustainable approach to eating for your lifestyle. The goal is to help you gain the knowledge around nutrition to help you feel more confident in making the right food choices.

    We offer 3 month and 6 month pricing options. We want to get the results and keep them off and that requires consistency over time.

  • LOOKING FOR A SPACE TO TRAIN YOUR CLIENTS OR HOST YOUR OWN GROUP CLASSES? OUR SPACE IN THE HEART OF FLATIRON, MANHATTAN HAS A SEPARATE AREA DEDICATED FOR TRAINERS TO WORK WITH THEIR CLIENTS AND HELP YOU GROW AS A PERSONAL TRAINER.

    THE SPACE IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH ROGUE AND CONCEPT 2 CARDIO EQUIPMENT, POWER RACKS, DUMBBELLS, KETTLEBELLS, BATTLE ROPES, AND STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENT INCLUDING A BELT SQUAT, GLUTE DRIVER, LEG EXTENSION/ HAMSTRING CURL AND LAT PULL DOWN MACHINE ENSURING YOUR CLIENTS HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO REACH THEIR GOALS.

    WE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER HOUR TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS SPACED OUT AND HAS AMPLE ROOM TO USE THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED DURING THEIR SESSIONS.

    CLIENTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS.
